Breathing With Plants

We bring plants into our lives for many reasons, one of which is the calming environment that they provide. This class aims to help you take full advantage of that with a variety of breathing exercises and guided meditation you’ll learn in our peaceful and verdant space. Kamanda Forest, a breathwork and meditation teacher on the Central Coast, will be leading the class.
